Heavy Metal
If you thought that gold and silver were hues best left on the red carpet then think again. Fashion has been indulging in a mild flirtation with metallics over the past season or two, but for spring we're embracing them with serious passion, and this time around we're talking day wear rather than high octane frocks. The most versatile of this season's trends, you can interpret almost every other current look with a metallic twist – futurism, '60s shifts, '80s body con, take your pick. And, seeing as we're aiming for a slightly understated look, muted tones are definitely the classier option whether you opt for a shimmering mini or foil accessories.

Naomi Campbell
Naomi Campbell, sentenced to 5 days of community service recently at the Department of Sanitation in NYC for beating her maid, carefully orchestrated daily outfits to maximize the PR exposure this opportunity offered her. The world watched with fascination as she showed up day after day in furs, diamonds, spike heels, and designer bags. She even ordered a sanitation cop to carry her crocodile bag on day 2. Campbell ended the week with a silver couture gown, sashaying to her matching silver rolls royce as if she were on a catwalk. She redeemed herself slightly after apologizing to Lt. John Fitzgerald and announcing her wardrobe for the week will be sold with proceeds being donated to the Nelson Mandela foundation.
Chanel Paris Biarritz
Chanel Paris Biarritz in limited edition matte black and gray crocodile
Chanel loyalists start skimming your grocery money because you are going to want to get your hands on one of these limited edition croc bags from Chanel's Paris Biarritz line.
The Kaiser designed the line for the Parisian jet set who loves the resort in addition to paying homage to the original jet setting mademoiselle, Coco Chanel.
The croc totes are available in three sizes, the small one is too tiny to be of much use and the large is so big you can use it as a sleeping bag so I suggest the medium size. Prices are in the 5 figures so you'll have to decide what is more important, this year's tuition for your child's private school or this limited edition shot of fabulousness.
I'm NOT A Plastic bag
Most people just talk about environmentalism, now with the help of Anya Hindmarch you can do something about it. These canvas totes for £5 are great for shopping or are just a fun bag for everyday and they are super cute!
Keira Knightley has been toting this tote around for weeks and starting today, they are available in stores but only in the UK.
Apparently, they have been on eBay going for as much as £200. . They are already sold out on their website but you can find out which stores have them at Anya Hindmarch.
The US version will be available in June and will be the same bag but with Navy writing. We will of course let you know as soon as they are available. They also make great gifts so stock up!!
